PLAYERS BENCH SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and shipping zip code. We use real-time UPS communications to get you the best shipping rate that we can offer - AND WE DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING FEE.

When returning/exchanging a product the customer will be responsible for the shipping of that item back to the store. If PB Online shipped the wrong item we will gladly pay for the return shipping of the correct item back to you in like fashion. If returning an item, there is no refund on shipping. Orders placed before 2 P.M.(MST) Monday - Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

It is Players Bench Online policy to ship ONLY within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
