After submitting the design you will receive an email from Vaughn. You must then select your item from the pulldown on the right and enter the Serial Number from the email. Then add the item to your cart and checkout as normal.

Custom orders are billed prior to the items being ordered from the manufacturer. Custom ordered items are non-refundable, but are covered under the full manufacturers warranty.
